Cristian Șuțu is a journalist and professional photographer with vast experience in media and photography. Active in Romanian journalism since 1997, he has worked as a reporter, editor, and contributor for publications such as Cotidianul, Evenimentul Zilei, Academia Cațavencu, and Antena 1. Since 2007, he has been sharing his work on his personal blog, www.sutu.ro. Alongside his journalistic career, Cristian Șuțu has pursued photography, becoming an entrepreneur in the field in 2011 with the founding of Foto Union, a studio specializing in portrait and event photography. He is the initiator of large-scale photography projects such as Portret de Femeie, Portret de Familie, and Portret de Român, which have gathered thousands of participants over the years.
